4 Tablespoons Lemon Extract - not juice
4 Tablespoons Citric Acid
7-9 Cups Sugar
3 Lemons and Limes
Squeeze lemon/limes and combine all ingredients into a 5 gallon container. Fill container with water, leaving room for ice. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Citric Acid can be purchased at the drug store, or any place that you buy candy making supplies.
