I have always loved to cook. Ever since I can remember I loved looking at cookbooks and trying out new recipes. Some were successful, others not so much. I often get teased by my family because of an attempt at Swedish Meatballs. Something went terribly wrong and I will never live it down. I think it get's brought up at every family gathering. This blog is an attempt for me to share some of my favorite recipes. If I remember I will include a picture. So here goes...

Impossible Pumpkin Pie
1/2 - 1 C Condensed Milk
1-1 3/4 C sugar
4 eggs
1/2 C Bisquick
1/2 tsp salt
1 can large pumpkin pie filling
1 tsp pumpkin spice
Pour all ingredients into blender for 1 minute until well blended. Pour into greased 10" pie tin. Crust will form on the bottom and custard on top. Bake 40-45 minutes. You may wish to use small can of pumpkin and us the smaller amounts of ingredients. Use the large can and larger portion of ingredients. Depends on you pie pan.
