Shoyu Chicken - Nan

2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 cup Aloha Shoyu (less salty than Kikkoman)

Layer chicken thighs in a 9 x 13 pan.  Pour sauce over them.  Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.  Thicken sauce if desired.  Serve over rice.  This is the best Teriyaki chicken you will ever taste :)
